  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn and juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn and juice
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole.

    Add all other ingredients (do not drain corn).

    Stir all together and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned on top at 350°.
