- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn and juice
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn and juice
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole.

2Add all other ingredients (do not drain corn).

3Stir all together and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned on top at 350°.
