  • 1 pkg. Mahatma saffron yellow rice, cooked according to directions
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mexicorn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients into cooked rice, except cheese.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Add cheese to top.

    Cook in a 350° oven until cheese is melted.
