  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 roll fat-free Ritz crackers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Directions

    Mix corn, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream together.

    Spread crushed crackers on top.

    Sprinkle melted oleo over crackers. Cover with slivered almonds and bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
