- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a baking dish and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. For a more moist casserole do not drain the whole kernel corn.
