- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese

1Mix first 5 ingredients together.

2Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.

3Test for doneness as you would a cake.
