  • 1 can whole corn (undrained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn (undrained)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.

    Test for doneness as you would a cake.

    Sprinkle with small package of shredded Mozzarella cheese until melted.
