- 6 slices bacon
- 2 medium size onions, sliced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
Directions

1Cook bacon and drain.

2Saute onion in bacon drippings.

3Drain corn and add salt and pepper. Stir in sauteed onions and bacon drippings and sour cream.

4Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Top with crumbled crisp bacon.

6Bake at 350° just until mixture heats thoroughly.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
