- 1 c. whole kernel corn (do not drain)
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Place corn in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Melt oleo.

3Add onion and green pepper and cook; add to corn.

4Combine eggs, Jiffy cornbread mix, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese and the sour cream. Combine all together.

5Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
