- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. green chiles, chopped
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Beat eggs well; add all ingredients except grated cheese. Layer bean mixture with cheese in a baking dish, ending with cheese on top.

2Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
