- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in oleo.

2In large casserole dish, mix corn, eggs and corn bread mix.

3Pour onion mix over corn mixture and stir well.

4Dab sour cream on top and then top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

5Serves 8 to 10.
