- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (with liquid)
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn bread mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add both kinds of corn and bread mix.

2Gently mix with fork.

3Stir in eggs. Drop sour cream by tablespoons in different places over corn mixture and gently fold in. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is firm.

4Let cool slightly.

5Cut into squares or spoon out.
