- 1 can kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
- 1 stick butter
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese and pour into dish with melted butter in it.

3Spread evenly.

4Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

5Remove from oven and top generously with the grated Cheddar cheese, then put back into the oven for about 5 more minutes.
