- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo until tender.

2Combine all other ingredients except cheese.

3Mix good.

4Pour into a greased oblong casserole dish.

5Add cheese to top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
