  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix

Directions

    Saute onion in oleo until tender.

    Combine all other ingredients except cheese.

    Mix good.

    Pour into a greased oblong casserole dish.

    Add cheese to top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
