  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 to 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • pimento (for color)

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; mix all ingredients together.

    Place in baking dish and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 325° until hot and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.
