- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. link sausage
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Fry sausage until brown.

2Drain.

3Beat egg yolks with milk and gradually add flour.

4Stir in corn.

5Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat egg whites until very frothy and stiff.

6Add to corn mixture.

7Put sausages in bottom of casserole dish and pour corn mixture over.

8Bake 45 minutes at 375°.
