  • 2 cans cream-style corn or 1 can creamed corn and 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. yellow cornbread mix
  • onion to taste
  • bell pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
