  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • paprika to taste
  • 2 c. corn pulp or creamed
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • buttered crumbs

Directions

    Make a sauce of fat, flour, milk and seasonings.

    Add corn, egg and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour into a baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs.

    Bake in moderate oven (350° to 400°) for 10 to 30 minutes.
