  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 5 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter, Divided
  • 3 cups Frozen Corn
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Ritz Style Cracker Crumbs, Divided

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, corn, cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into an 11x7 baking dish. Toss the remaining crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over corn. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
