- 9 ounces, weight Diced Green Chilies, Lightly Drained
- 3/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8-1/2 ounces, weight Corn Muffin Mix (one Box)
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, whisk lightly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with a spatula until evenly combined.

2Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown and cooked in the center.
