  • 15 ounces, weight Cream Style Corn, Undrained
  • 9 ounces, weight Diced Green Chilies, Lightly Drained
  • 3/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8-1/2 ounces, weight Corn Muffin Mix (one Box)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, whisk lightly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with a spatula until evenly combined.
