  • 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (14 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Style Corn, Undrained
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 Ounce Size)
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients except cheese, until well blended. Pour into a lightly buttered 13x9 baking dish.

    Bake 30-45 minutes or until fully cooked in the center of the pan. If desired, top with shredded cheddar and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
