  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package (about 8.5 Oz. Package) Corn Muffin Mix (Jiffy)
  • 3/4 sticks Melted Butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until combined well. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes or until golden.

    Top with shredded cheddar cheese for added flavor and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
