Ingredients

  • 12 cup bell pepper
  • 12 cup onion
  • 12 cup celery
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (15 ounce) can shoe peg corn (small white)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can French style green beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 12 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except crackers and butter) and pour into 13 X 9 baking dish.

    Mix butter and crackers in small bowl and spread evenly over the top of the corn mixture.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

    Note: You can prepare casserole ahead of time and add butter and crackers on top right before you pop it in the oven.
