Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can whole cornel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (I use Mexican cheese)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Melt butter in microwave.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Spray Pam on 9x13 baking pan.

    Pour mixture into baking pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour.

    Cool for 10 min.

    Then cut into squares and enjoy!
