  • 12 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
  • 1 can creamed corn (no salt added)
  • 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream

    Saute onions in oleo.

    Add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
