  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine everything but the cheese.

    Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
