  • 1 can whole kernel corn, mexican corn or fiesta corn; drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg mahatma yellow rice
  • 2 c cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook rice according to pkg using 1 stick butter. Mix rice with corn, soup, and 1/2 cheese. Bake 350° for 20 min. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes.
