  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Add onion to rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake it at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown slightly.
