- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. cream soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Add onion to rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

3Pour into greased casserole dish and bake it at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown slightly.
