  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez whiz or 10 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese soup

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet and cook onion until clear.

    Add soup and cook for 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add rice and corn, one at a time, mixing well.

    Add Cheez Whiz last and mix well. Cook in oven in casserole dish uncovered for 30 minutes at 350°.
