- 1 pkg. yellow rice
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Drain corn and mix with soup in a bowl.

3Add rice to the soup and rice mixture and stir well.

4Pour in baking dish.

5Slice butter on top.
