  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn, do not drain
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, do not drain
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    In large bowl, cream oleo; add sour cream, eggs and muffin mix. Mix all ingredients together.

    Put into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
