- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Drain whole kernel corn.

2(Mix in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.) Pour in baking dish.

3Mix in can of cream-style corn, melted butter, sour cream, eggs and muffin mix.

4Stir until all ingredients are mixed together well.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
