  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix all of the above ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° if glass casserole or 375° if metal pan for 1 hour.
