- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix the egg into the sour cream.

2Add this mixture to the corn and stir in the cornbread mix.

3Stir in the melted margarine. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish for 45 to 60 minutes at 350.
