  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans corn (1 whole kernel, 1 cream-style)

    Melt butter and add flour and milk; mix well.

    Stir in eggs; add salt, pepper and corn.

    Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
