- 1 (15 oz.) can Niblets corn (undrained)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Spray baking dish with Pam or other vegetable oil spray.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Can bake 1/2 and freeze the other 1/2 for later use.

5Freezes very well in Ziploc bag.
