- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 stick butter or oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together in mixing bowl and pour into buttered casserole dish.

2Cook for 1 hour at 250°.

3Add more shredded cheese on top the last 15 minutes of cooking.
