  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix everything except cheese together.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Take out and sprinkle with cheese.

    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
