- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix the 2 cans of corn (undrained) with all of the remaining ingredients, making sure sour cream and margarine are mixed in well.

2Pour into 7 x 11-inch casserole.

3Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until brown and the center is firm.
