  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; pour into glass dish.

    Check with knife; if moist, not drippy, take out of oven.
