- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with butter.

2Mix all ingredients together and place in dish.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4May be made night before and refrigerated.
