- Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter in casserole dish.

2In mixing bowl, prepare muffin mix as per package instructions.

3Add both cans of corn, sour cream and butter.

4Stir to mix and add back to greased casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
