  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Mix the margarine, sour cream and egg together. Add the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn and muffin mix. Bake 1 hour in a glass casserole at 350°.
