- 1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 (14.75 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. In mixing bowl, stir together both corns, sour cream, egg, Jiffy mix and butter. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.

2Bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until the top is a medium to dark brown.
