- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook rice on package instructions. Add margarine. Stir until melted. Add corn, soup and cheese. Top with additional cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 or more. Freezes well.
