  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Mexicorn
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook rice on package instructions. Add margarine. Stir until melted. Add corn, soup and cheese. Top with additional cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 or more. Freezes well.
