  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter, cut up
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. milk (optional for consistency)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole.
