- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix together corn, eggs, milk and butter.

2Then add corn muffin mix.

3Blend ingredients.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish, greased with cooking spray.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Should be somewhat firm.
