  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in casserole dish (greased) and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

    Add 1 cup cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
