- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cartons half and half (or enough to just cover mixture)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a casserole dish.

2Half and half needs to just cover the corn.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is set.

4If the casserole begins to brown on top you can cover it with either a lid or foil for the remainder of the baking time.
