  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. yellow corn muffin mix

Directions

    Melt butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Stir in both kinds of corn, salt and muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until set. Knife in center should be clean. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
