  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (17 oz.) can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn

Directions

    Put in a 2-quart greased dish and bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until well browned.
