  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) box cornbread mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix melted margarine and sour cream.

    Add other ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 11-inch pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven until golden.
